Elsa's international sojourn

The main thing Elsa misses about France is French cheese. It is impossible to find the proper quality and quantity of French cheese in Germany. Despite missing this part of
her life, she still chose the ECRI in Pfarrkirchen as the study location for her Master´s degree in International Tourism Development.

For her, the ECRI is a special campus because of the mix of international students and cultures in one place. Being open-minded is the key to accept all kinds of lifestyles without prejudice or bias. It is the beginning of an international experience. She believes that everyone needs to make this kind of experience at least once in their lifetime.

Elsa enjoys living in Germany, particularly close to the border to Austria. However, she wants to find a job back in France and become a teacher in a hospitality high school.
