Science communication couldn't be more simple. A scientist or researcher on a bench. Add a few interested members of the public and they just discuss. 60 to 90 minutes. That's it. That's the Science Bench. A look at the society shows that there are people who are interested in science, but they would never go to an open university day. So if you want to reach these people, you have to get out of your secure bubble and go where the people are. This can be the pedestrian zone in a city centre.
All interested citizens are invited to the Science Bench. The Science Bench takes place at regular intervals at the Stadtplatz Deggendorf or at one of our other study locations. The exact dates and locations will be announced on our website.
