From startup drive to scalability in 9 months

A strong product, initial customers and a clear vision for significant growth form the basis of the Silicon Valley Programme. Over nine intensive months, the programme supports teams in further developing their business model, expanding their scalability in a targeted manner and raising their pitch deck and presentation skills to an international level. Participants benefit from direct access to experienced experts, investors and a global network.

Traditional accelerator programmes provide support during the start-up phase. We provide support during the scaling phase.

Our programme is aimed at ventures with initial revenues or preliminary agreements that are ready to take the next step: scaling, financing and international growth.

We combine operational excellence with global access to markets and capital.


What we offer ventures:


We accompany ventures for 9 months through all the crucial growth stages – with structure, mentoring and networking.

  • Product & pitch: Refining the product story, target market, pricing, go-to-market strategy and finances.
  • Customer access: Direct access to corporate and SME networks in the USA, DACH & Asia.
  • Financing: Access to angels, VCs and family offices.

Five intensive workshop days in Oberschneiding lay the foundation for your scalable business model.

We work together on:

  • the right mindset
  • a suitable market strategy
  • a sound competitive analysis
  • a convincing investment pitch

 

 

From the moment we first meet, we will search for the mentor who best suits you, both professionally and personally.

After the boot camp, a main mentor will accompany you throughout the entire programme and support you in regular one-to-one sessions.

 

 

Monthly workshops in Oberschneiding provide a space for you to present your progress to mentors, investors and other teams.

Structured feedback helps you to continuously develop your business model and pitch.

 

 

A week in Silicon Valley with:

  • Exclusive company visits (e.g. Google, NVIDIA, eBay)
  • Direct exchange with local experts
  • Pitch opportunities in front of investors from the Valley

 

 

The teams present their refined business models and pitches to a local panel of experienced entrepreneurs – a finale that offers visibility, contacts and valuable feedback.

 

 

The collaboration does not end after the programme:

we offer ongoing support, networking and exchange with our alumni community to ensure that your scaling journey continues in a sustainable manner.

  • €20,000 participation fee (excluding flights and accommodation in Silicon Valley)
