Hi, I’m Davlatjon Abdurashidov , 26 years old and a master’s student in my 2nd semester.
Do you have any questions about student life and the Master International Tourism Development programme?
I would be happy to share my experience with you and give you an insight into life as a DIT student.
I am looking forward to hearing from you!
Why did I choose this study program?
I chose this program because I’ve always loved how tourism connects people and cultures. I wanted to learn how the industry works from the inside and how to create travel experiences that are meaningful, fun, and sustainable.
My personal tip to you:
Be open to new people and opportunities! Every project, trip, or class can teach you something unexpected that helps you grow — both personally and professionally.
Good to know:
The professors are super supportive and there are many chances to gain practical experience through projects, internships, and excursions.
That's what I particularly like about my course of studies:
I really like the international atmosphere and the balance between theory and practice. You get to work in teams, meet people from all over the world, and learn in a very interactive way.
That is why you should study at the DIT/ECRI:
ECRI has a great community feeling — everyone is friendly, helpful, and open-minded. The campus is modern, and you always feel supported by both staff and students.
That's why you should study this course of studies:
If you love traveling, cultures, and want to make a difference in the tourism world, this program is a great start. It gives you useful skills and opens doors to many exciting opportunities.
My best experience during my studies:
My favorite experience was working on a group project about sustainable tourism. It was inspiring to see how creative ideas can make the industry better for people and the planet.
