Keynote: Rising Above and Beyond: The success story of ZIMAM's digital health workforce development taskforce.
The GCC Taskforce on Workforce Development in Digital Healthcare a.ka. (ZIMAM) envisions a sustainable digital health ecosystem supported by skilled and empowered local eHealth workforce. We will demonstrate our approach to improving the eHealth skills and competencies of national human resources in the fields of Health Information Management, Health Information Technology and Health Informatics, through continuous training and the development of career pathways. We will particularly focus on the localized competency-based framework of digital health that we developed and our plans to operationalize it through a digital health empowerment platfrom.
