Lecturer: Dr Hansjörg Bittner (external) – Lecturer in Business English, Technical English and Presentation Skills Participants will be introduced to key criteria for high-quality, effective academic texts. This covers both the writing of publishable articles and the preparation of presentations for conferences and similar events.

The focus is on criteria that apply equally to both written and oral forms of academic communication. However, the specific requirements of academic writing and presenting will also be examined.
