Embracing diversity and striving for global impact in DigiHealth

For Nadja, it is people who make you feel at home, who help you grow and become a better person. She likes deep connections. This was one of the reasons why she chose the ECRI and Pfarrkirchen as her place to study. It is not as overwhelming as a big city like Munich or Berlin and although it is surrounded by fields and hills, she can still find things she needs and people she can relate to. Nadja would also recommend all new students to really connect with people as this is what makes the Rottal- Inn region so special.

What she likes about the ECRI is that it is such a diverse campus. She thinks it is important to accept people regardless of their race, background or personality. The people she meets on campus, including classmates, professors, staff and her small group of friends, motivate her. Nadja also met people who supported her as soon as she arrived in Pfarrkirchen. It was a very interesting experience when someone helped her change her US-Dollars into Euros so she was able to pay her apartment deposit and rent.

After completing her studies at the ECRI, Nadja would like to find a job in Germany. But her biggest dream is to work for WHO as a digital health expert, which might take her to another European country.
